The Ohio Tub Fanatics Classic 356 Porsche Club is once again hitting the trail for sponsors, door prize
donations, goodie bag donations and Vendor displays for the THIRD year of “The Shawshank Porsche / VW Extravaganza!”.
Because of the outstanding turnout in 2005 and 2006 we have expanded our event into a THREE day show! We
have added additional features to our event and our hope is to double, if not triple our attendance from last year!
As the title implies, our show is held at the Historic Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield , Ohio, home
of the movie “ The Shawshank Redemption.” Other films that have used this site also include “Tango
and Cash”, “Air Force One” and “Harry and Walter go to New York.” The Reformatory has also been
used in music videos and also appeared on the Sci-Fi channel as one of Ohio’s most haunted sites!
Numerous movie set displays are available for the public to view as part of the tour and props from the
movies are available for sale in the gift shop!
In 2005 we worked in conjunction with the OSR Historic Preservation Committee to provide tours of
the Historic Reformatory. With an overwhelming response from our show attendees, we provided the Reformatory with a
record 266 tours in one day! We topped these numbers in 2006 and hope to double the number of attendees this year. We
also utilized the OSR concession stand, “The Cell Block Café”, to provide food for our guests throughout the day. All of the
proceeds from the concession stand and the tours went directly towards the preservation of this fantastic historic building.
As stated above, this year we are expanding into a three day event. Listed below is our current event

7:30 p.m "The Shawshank Redemption"
10:00 p.m "The Shawshank Redemption"
10:00 p.m Gates close for the evening
1:00 a.m. Das Biergarten closes
SATURDAY AUGUST 25TH, 2007
8:00 a.m. Gates open for show registrants
9:00 a.m. Tours of The Shawshank Reformatory begin
10:00 a.m. Gates open to the public
3:00 p.m. Awards ceremony
4:00 p.m. Presentation of The “Ferdi” / Conclusion of show

8:00 AM - 4:00 P.M. TUBADUBJAM DRAG RACES AT MANSFIELD MOTORSPORTS SPEEDWAY!
